    Our Story

    Brickhouse Kitchen Catering started with a pot of soup and a griddle. These days we're best known as The Cheese Nerds — house-made sourdough, Michigan cheeses, and jams we cook ourselves.

    We're a mobile kitchen out of Hazel Park, which means the griddle, the soup and the cheese board all come to you: weddings, office lunches, graduations, and backyard parties across Metro Detroit.
